Your Pasal account
The Settings row for your sign-in password, the daily email, and order alerts on this device.
Account is on the Settings tab, the first of the three rows about you. It is not Shop profile. Shop profile is the shop. This pane is the person signed in: your password, and how Pasal tells you about orders.
- Open Settings, then Account. The rail row is under More, Set up, on a computer. On a phone it is behind the bottom More sheet.
- Daily summary email sends one recap of the day to the address you sign in with. Switch it off if that mail is noise.
- Order alerts buzz this device when an order or booking arrives. The switch belongs to the phone or laptop you are holding, not to the shop. See Get alerted for every new order.
- Set a sign-in password if you want a spare key when email is slow. Eight characters at least. A new one quietly replaces the old. Signing in still works with a six digit code either way. The full walk, including what to do when you cannot get in, is Signing in to your dashboard.
Colour, text size and language sit on the two rows beside Account. They are not this pane. See Find your way around the dashboard.
