Reward regulars with loyalty points
Regulars earn a point per Rs 100 they spend. Redeem them, give them, and see what you gave.
Every customer builds up points as they spend: one point per Rs 100 on orders you have marked paid. Nothing to switch on and nothing to track by hand. The Customers tab shows each person's balance next to what they have spent.

Spending them
Press Adjust on a customer's row. Redeem takes points off when they cash them in; Give adds some, for an apology or a regular you want to thank. Write what it was for and it stays on their record.
You cannot redeem more than somebody has: the panel says how many they hold and refuses the rest, so a free coffee never quietly puts an account below zero.
What each point is worth is up to you
Pasal counts them; it does not price them. Decide your own rule and keep it simple enough to say out loud: "a hundred points is a free coffee". Then when somebody claims it, redeem a hundred.
Nothing is ever overwritten
Every redemption and gift is a line on their record, with the date and your note, the same way the khata works. Made a mistake? Add the opposite rather than looking for an undo: give ten back, and both lines stay, which is what you want when a customer asks why their balance moved.
