We never touch your sales

Pro pays for the counter
The counter, khata, tickets and the kitchen TV are the tools that replace a register; those are what Pro charges for. Pasal AI, the one that answers at 9pm when there is nobody to ask, comes with the annual plan.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it stays free. Your link, QR, the templates and the live order board cost nothing, forever, and we never take a commission on your sales.
What does Pro cost?
NPR 2,000 a month, or NPR 1,500 a month on the annual plan, billed at NPR 18,000 with three months free. Every new shop opens on Pro free for 30 days, and lands on the free plan afterwards unless you subscribe.
What happens when billing starts?
We announce it well in advance, the price is the same for every shop, and you will never be billed without saying yes first.
How will billing work in Nepal?
Scan the Fonepay QR on this page, or in Shop profile under Plan and billing, with any bank or wallet. The payment lands as Retriever Labs, which is Pasal. Then send the transaction number on WhatsApp. No international card needed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Drop back to Free whenever you like; your shop stays online and the counter tools simply pause.
What if I pass 20 products on Free?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Your shop keeps running; adding the twenty-first product asks you about Pro.
