The quote that frightens a cafe is usually the whole fit-out. This one is only the counter: something to tap, something to print, and the software that keeps the bill. Rent, the machine, and the cups are a different article.

The pieces, from people who publish a price
A 10.1 inch Android tablet that is actually sold as a tablet, the Blackview Tab 60 Pro, was listed at NPR 21,999 by Warrantore. An 80mm billing printer, the ZKTeco ZKP8016, was listed at NPR 8,500 by Quality Computer. Nepali Cart had another 80mm printer at NPR 9,000. Pasal Pro for a year is NPR 18,000 on the pricing page. A new shop also opens on Pro free for 7 days, which is long enough to ring real bills before any of this hardware is worth buying.
Add the cheap end: NPR 21,999 for the tablet, NPR 8,500 for the printer, NPR 18,000 for the year. That is NPR 48,499, and it does not include a stand or a stack of rolls.

Pasal Complete is Rs 49,999 (NPR 49,999) for the first year. The hardware is yours to keep. The box is an Android tablet, an 80mm thermal printer, a counter stand, starter rolls, and Pasal Pro for that year. After the year, Pro renews at the usual price. It does not include a cash drawer. If you want a drawer, that is a separate buy from New Road, and the printer you choose should have a drawer port. We are not going to invent a drawer price.
Wifi, a kitchen printer, and a second screen are not in either column. Opening the cafe's technology list is the wider one. Which printer width is why Complete is an 80mm roll and not a thin one.
